Enveloping 360° illumination: The opal glass tube provides homogeneous, comfortable light without glare. Its replaceable integrated LED delivers 30 W, 3000 lm and 2700 K and is TRIAC dimmable.
An adaptable pendant light: The rod length can be adjusted from 109 to 142.5 cm, while the suspension height can reach 3 m, allowing IN FINE to suit different configurations. The driver is fully integrated into the luminaire. Available finishes: Silver, Dark Grey, White and Red.
IP44 for indoor and humid spaces: With its IP44 protection rating, IN FINE PENDANT 1600 is designed for indoor use and can also be installed in bathrooms, subject to the applicable safety zones. It is equally suited above a dining table, kitchen island or in professional interiors. Casambi and DALI options are available.

Designed by Gaëlle Lauriot-Prévost and Dominique Perrault for DCW Éditions Paris, IN FINE PENDANT 1600 turns light into an exceptionally refined architectural line. Measuring 160 cm in length, this horizontal pendant appears almost weightless: the structure visually recedes while the luminous tube becomes the central element. With its IP44 protection rating, it is designed for indoor environments and can also be installed in bathrooms when positioned in accordance with the applicable electrical installation zones.

IP44 protection for interiors and bathrooms

IN FINE PENDANT 1600 carries an IP44 rating, providing protection against splashing water. It is therefore suited to dining rooms, kitchens, living spaces, offices, restaurants and hotels, while also offering possibilities for bathroom installations where the applicable electrical regulations are respected.

There is an important distinction within the IN FINE family: while the wall versions are specified with IP65 protection, the PENDANT 1600 is IP44 and should therefore be considered an indoor pendant rather than an outdoor suspension.

An impressive 160 cm horizontal line of light

At 160 cm long and only 4.5 cm in diameter, IN FINE PENDANT 1600 stretches a remarkably slender line of light across the room. Its 35 cm aluminium section discreetly accompanies the long opal glass tube without disturbing the visual purity of the composition.

The suspension rod can be adjusted from 109 to 142.5 cm, while the maximum suspension height reaches 3 metres. This flexibility makes the luminaire particularly suitable above large dining tables, kitchen islands and counters, as well as within generous hospitality and architectural spaces.

3000 lumens of warm, enveloping light

Behind its remarkably slender silhouette is a replaceable integrated 30 W LED producing 3000 lumens at a warm 2700 K. IN FINE PENDANT 1600 therefore combines minimalist design with substantial lighting performance.

Its opal glass tube creates a homogeneous and enveloping light effect. The IN FINE concept is centred around continuous, comfortable illumination, allowing the light to occupy the space without becoming visually aggressive.

Replaceable LED, TRIAC dimming and integrated driver

The technology has been integrated with the same attention to simplicity as the design itself. The CC 12 V driver is housed directly within the luminaire, avoiding the need for an additional external box and preserving the purity of its silhouette.

IN FINE PENDANT 1600 is TRIAC dimmable, allowing its intensity to be adapted to different atmospheres. Casambi control via a controller and DALI control via a converter are also available as options for more advanced lighting projects.

Four finishes for different architectural settings

The opal glass tube is combined with a choice of four body finishes: Silver, White, Dark Grey and Red. Silver emphasises the metallic precision of the design, White creates an especially discreet presence, Dark Grey adds architectural depth, while Red turns the structural element into a distinctive graphic accent.

These different finishes allow the 160 cm pendant to either blend seamlessly into minimalist interiors or become a stronger visual feature within the overall composition.

IN FINE – when the light takes precedence over the object

With IN FINE, Gaëlle Lauriot-Prévost and Dominique Perrault deliberately allow the design to recede. The slender rod accompanies the luminous tube and guides the eye before giving way to the light itself. The result is a precise, controlled object in which light becomes the true focus.

The collection includes the WALL 650, WALL 1050 and WALL 1600 wall lights alongside the PENDANT 1050 and PENDANT 1600 horizontal pendants. With its generous 160 cm length, this version is particularly suited to large tables, long surfaces and architectural spaces where light can become a structural element in its own right.
