HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT AT LUMITOP? CONDITIONS TO FOLLOW:

  • Product Condition: The product must be new, meaning it should not have been used, altered, or damaged.
  • Completeness: Ensure that the product is returned complete, including all accessories, parts, and manuals provided with the original product.
  • Packaging: It is crucial that the product is returned in its original packaging, including the outer carton. This ensures adequate protection during transport and keeps the product in a resalable condition. The packaging must be intact and show no signs of assembly or use.
  • Mode of Transport: For returns, the chosen mode of transport must offer similar safety and protection guarantees as the initial transport. Particularly for orders delivered on pallets, the items must be returned via the same transport method, using reliable services such as Geodis or France Express for optimal safety and protection.
  • Return Costs: If the return is due to personal reasons, such as a change of mind or an ordering error, the customer bears the cost of the return.

By adhering to these conditions, you contribute to an efficient return process, enabling quick processing of your request for a refund or exchange.


UNACCEPTABLE RETURN
:
If a return does not comply with our conditions, the package will be sent back to the original delivery address. If the package is returned a second time, whether due to non-collection or for any other reason, it will be kept without the possibility of a refund. To retrieve the item, a new shipment can be arranged at the customer's expense. A flat rate of 75 euros will be applied for France. For other countries, return shipping costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

To return the concerned product(s), please fill out the return form and include it with the returned item. It is imperative to include the return slip (print HERE). Please note that this is not a shipping label. As previously stated: The return shipment must be handled by the customer, who must pay for the postage using DHL or any other carrier that guarantees the same level of security as the original delivery. If the item was delivered on a pallet, it must be returned using the same type of transport. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer if the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind or incorrect order).

Return shipping costs will be at your expense.

Products must be returned in their entirety (including accessories and manuals), properly protected in their original packaging, and accompanied by the return slip. They must be in perfect resale condition, except for the defect or non-conformity reported.

The buyer's responsibility will be engaged in case of product degradation resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product. Any products returned incomplete, damaged, used, modified, or showing assembly traces cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To ensure efficient processing of your request, please include a copy of the delivery note with your return package as well as the return slip. Please make sure that all references and quantities of the products to be returned are clearly indicated on this document.

It is essential to keep the tracking number of your return package until the process is fully completed. Products must be returned complete (including all accessories and manuals), carefully packed in their original packaging, and protected by outer packaging. They must also be in perfect resale condition, except for the defect or non-conformity initially reported.

You will be responsible in case of product degradation resulting from handling exceeding what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. Upon receipt of your package and after verifying the impeccable condition of the items, we will proceed with a credit note or a refund, according to your choice.

Note: For Jieldé lamps, please reapply the white protection to the lamps, ensuring that the arms/reflectors do not hit each other during transport to avoid paint chipping on the lamp. It is essential to return the product with tracking and to keep the tracking number until the return process is complete.


SPECIFIC RETURN POLICY FOR PROFESSIONALS
In accordance with our professional agreement terms, no merchandise returns are accepted once the order is confirmed and the invoice issued. This policy specifically applies to professional purchases and is distinct from our standard return policy.


CANCEL ITS ORDER:
It is possible to cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped and taken care of by our delivery partners.
All you need to do is contact us so that we can cancel your order and refund you.

REIMBURSEMENT DEADLINES:
We will refund you within 14 days of receipt of the products.
