SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

On each item sheet, an estimate of the shipping time is indicated.
The deadlines vary depending on the product and the supplier.
Some brands with which we work are 100% French manufacturing lamps made on request.
We work directly with our suppliers. As soon as they leave the workshop, they will be sent to you within 48 hours.
An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you by email to inform you of the end of production and the shipment to your delivery address.
As soon as your order is sent, you will receive a tracking link by email.

DELIVERY METHOD

- Relay point delivery: You don't want to stay at home waiting for your package? Have it delivered to a relay point.
There are more than 11,000 relay points in France with which we work regularly.
The order remains near you and at your disposal for 2 weeks.
(Only for delivery in France and except large packages).
- Standard home delivery: You want to have it delivered directly to your home.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a code to track the progress of the package.


GROUPED DELIVERY

Orders made up of several products are sent in a single shipment,
only if all items can be picked up by the same carrier
and whether the manufacturing times are compatible.
Note, however, that you have the option of not grouping the products of your order.

RECEIPT OF YOUR PACKAGE

Upon receipt of your package, you are required to check it or because of lack of time
systematically put “subject to unpacking”.
You then have a maximum of 72 hours to notify us of a delivery problem.
Thus the carrier's insurance can be activated otherwise it is not possible to dispute a delivery problem.

At LUMITOP we protect the environment!

We do our best to recycle cardboard, paper and packaging,
and we avoid plastic in our shipments as much as possible.
Our papers are reused as cushioning and protective material in the packages we send.
All the boxes we receive are reused.
