You will receive an acknowledgment email as soon as the manufacturing is completed, marking the beginning of the shipping process to your delivery address.

We understand that small accessories might require specific packaging to ensure their safety during transit. Hence, to ensure their pristine condition upon arrival, we use tracked letter envelopes. This approach enables us to uphold the quality and integrity of your valuable accessories.
- Pickup Point Delivery : Have better things to do than wait at home for your package? Opt for delivery to a pickup point. Our extensive network includes over 11,000 pickup points throughout France, carefully selected for their reliability. Your order will be directed to a pickup point near you, where it will be available for you to collect at your own pace for 2 weeks. This convenient option is ideal if you prefer to retrieve your order on your own terms. (Valid only for deliveries within France, excluding oversized parcels).
- Standard Home Delivery : Prefer the simplicity of having your order delivered directly to your home? With our option of standard home delivery, as soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code allowing you to monitor your parcel's journey in real-time. We want to emphasize that while the delivery is free, it may be subject to customs fees. According to current customs regulations, recipients in Switzerland may be subject to import taxes and customs clearance fees. These costs are determined by Swiss customs authorities and remain the exclusive responsibility of the recipient.

RECEIPT OF YOUR PACKAGE
When you receive your package, it's important to conduct a thorough inspection of its contents. If you're short on time to perform a detailed check, we recommend consistently noting "subject to unpacking" on the delivery receipt or the carrier's receipt.
You then have a maximum of 72 hours to notify us of any issues related to the delivery. This timeframe is crucial as it activates the carrier's insurance if necessary. If a problem arises after this period, it can become challenging to contest the delivery and achieve a favorable resolution.

CUSTOMS DUTIES FOR DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU)
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (EU), please note that any potential customs taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. This means that the recipient is responsible for covering the associated fees during the customs clearance process.
The goods will be released and made available once the recipient has settled the required amounts with the customs authorities of the destination country. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the applicable customs regulations and tariffs in your country before placing your order to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

In the European Union (EU), there is a customs union, which means that goods can move freely between member states without being subject to customs duties. The United Kingdom officially left the European Union on January 31, 2020, a process commonly referred to as "Brexit." At the end of the transition period on December 31, 2020, the UK also left the EU customs union and single market.
This means that trade between the UK and the EU is now subject to customs checks and potentially customs duties, depending on the nature of the goods and the terms of the agreement reached between the UK and the EU.
