FRACTIONAL PAYMENT

How to select the currency?
To choose your preferred currency during your shopping experience, follow these simple steps:

3DSecure
In order to strengthen the security of your payments, LUMITOP has joined the new 3DSecure version.
3DSecure has been designed by international issuers VISA and MASTERCARD to guarantee security
of your payments and avoid fraudulent credit card payments on websites.
STEP 1
In the order payment area, you must enter:
- Your card number
- The validity date thereof
- The verification code (the visual cryptogram: 3 digits on the back of the card)
2ND STEP
You are then redirected to a page of your banking institution to confirm your identity,
with authentication process implemented by it.
It could be :
- A one-time code communicated by SMS to your mobile phone
- A combination of single-use codes from an encrypted grid of (personal keys)
- A code issued by an electronic box system provided to the card holder
- A password that you have chosen
- A fingerprint
When authentication is confirmed by your bank, payment is authorized and the transaction is finalized.
If you encounter difficulties in validating your purchase on LUMITOP,
it could be that your mobile phone number is not up to date with your bank,
or that you entered incorrectly a code or an identifier which was requested of you.
