FRACTIONAL PAYMENT

To offer you the utmost flexibility and convenience in your shopping, Lumitop partners with Klarna and PayPal, the leaders in installment payments. These options allow you to spread the cost of your purchases over several installments, without any additional fees.

Pay in 3 or 4 installments with Klarna

  • Eligible amount: from 35 € to 4,000 €.
  • How it works:
    1. Select Klarna at checkout: Choose the "Pay in 3 installments without fees" or "Pay in 4 installments without fees" option when making your purchase.
    2. Payment confirmation: Fill in the required information in the Klarna popup.
    3. Payment schedule:
      • First installment: Paid at the time of the order.
      • Subsequent installments: Spread out over 30 and 60 days (and 90 days for the payment in 4 installments).

Pay in 4 installments with PayPal

  • Eligible amount: from 30 € to 2,000 €.
  • Conditions: Available for users who have a PayPal account.
  • How it works:
    1. Choose PayPal at checkout: Opt for the "Pay in 4 installments" option during your purchase.
    2. Payment confirmation: Follow the instructions to complete your transaction with PayPal.
    3. Payment schedule: The installments are automatically deducted from your account every 30 days.

Benefits:

  • Simplicity and security: Easily track your payments through the Klarna or PayPal app.
  • Flexibility: No interest or additional fees, just spread the cost of your purchases.

Requirements for Klarna:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Valid telephone number and email address.
  • Residential address in France.
  • French bank account and valid credit or debit card.

In case of a return:

  • Adjustments will be made to future debits depending on the amount returned.

The transfer details will be communicated to you when placing your order.
The processing being longer (3-5 working days), your order will be taken into account only upon receipt of the transfer.

PAYMENT BY AMERICAN EXPRESS (AMEX):

PAYMENT BY BANCONTACT:

How to select the currency?

To choose your preferred currency during your shopping experience, follow these simple steps:

3DSecure

In order to strengthen the security of your payments, LUMITOP has joined the new 3DSecure version.
3DSecure has been designed by international issuers VISA and MASTERCARD to guarantee security
of your payments and avoid fraudulent credit card payments on websites.

STEP 1

In the order payment area, you must enter:

  •  Your card number
  •  The validity date thereof
  •  The verification code (the visual cryptogram: 3 digits on the back of the card)


2ND STEP

You are then redirected to a page of your banking institution to confirm your identity,
with authentication process implemented by it.

 It could be :

  •  A one-time code communicated by SMS to your mobile phone
  •  A combination of single-use codes from an encrypted grid of (personal keys)
  •  A code issued by an electronic box system provided to the card holder
  •  A password that you have chosen
  •  A fingerprint


When authentication is confirmed by your bank, payment is authorized and the transaction is finalized.
