Innovation and Design Part of the PH 3-shade luminaire series, the PH 2/1 Stem Fitting originated from the winter innovations of 1925-26 for an exhibition in Copenhagen, known as "Forum." Henningsen highlighted the idea that lighting could be both glare-free and economical, a true art of lighting design. The shape of the shades, inspired by the logarithmic spiral, directs light softly and evenly, ensuring optimal illumination without glare.
