The Belcour N°1 is today the most sought-after model in the collection.

During our visit to the Roger Pradier® workshops, we discovered a remarkable level of precision and expertise.
More than 500 specific tools are used to shape the metal components. Some machines are historical, others are ultra-modern. The factory, expanded in 2024, beautifully combines tradition and innovation.
Metal Spinning: A Rare Craft Technique
The iconic Belcour dome is created using metal spinning.
This technique transforms a flat metal disc into a three-dimensional shape using a lathe and specialized mandrels.
It requires more than two years of training to master.
This expertise is one of the reasons Roger Pradier® holds the EPV label.
Digital Cutting and Industrial Precision
Digital Cutting and Industrial Precision
Since 2024, a state-of-the-art CNC cutting machine enables metal sheets from 0.5 mm to 6.4 mm thick to be cut with exceptional precision.
The parts are then bent with dedicated presses, ensuring perfect accuracy before assembly.

Each component undergoes a complete surface preparation process:
Cleaning
Protective baths
Drying
Powder coating
The powder coating process applies paint in powder form and then cures it through heat, creating a highly durable and weather-resistant finish.
Some finishes may also receive hand-applied patinas.
The color palette is extensive and evolves over time, offering flexibility while maintaining the identity of the collection.
