HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Before returning the affected product, please contact Customer Service.By contacting our customer service, we can then send you by email all the information necessary to return your purchase and a return number will be assigned to the product. This return number is essential to identify and process the return of your product as soon as possible, whatever the reason.

The products must imperatively be returned in their entirety (accessories, instructions included), correctly protected in their original packaging, and accompanied by the return form.

All products returned incomplete, damaged, used, transformed or showing traces of assembly cannot be refunded or exchanged.
