The Jieldé lamp is a light made in France, created in the 1950s by Jean-Louis Domecq.

The little tricks to recognize it:

ITS RIVETED PLATE

The Jieldé lamp has a riveted plate with the brand name engraved on it. On the occasion of the sixtieth anniversary of Jieldé in 2010, Philippe Bélier the current CEO took the opportunity to number each of them with its date of manufacture in order to create a unique piece.

ITS WIDE CHOICE OF COLORS

Jieldé lamps are now available in around thirty colors with 3 possible finishes (Mat, Shiny, Polished / Glossy)

ITS CIRCULAR CONTACT SYSTEM ON THE LOFT COLLECTION

The only lamp with the joints by circular contacts: the wires have disappeared, they are replaced by wavy contacts in chrysocale which make the current circulate within the joints.

Today the brand has many collections including the LOFT collection, a collection of wireless lamps as it was originally designed.
Subsequently, the SIGNAL collection was born in 2003, a collection in a smaller version than the LOFT collection.
These are the most popular collections with design enthusiasts.
