Simon Schmitz, a young German designer, designed these Aaro lamps for DCW éditions.

At the origin of his inspiration is the deep desire for freedom of movement, fluidity of gesture.
This immediately guided Simon Schmitz to the sphere.
The sphere is the central element of this table lamp:it articulates the rest of the room and allows infinite positions.
Its geometry and its balance give it the air of gravitating in space all in lightness.
AARO is an object that seems to float in the air, orbiting around its centerpiece, like orbiting planets.
